K-8 Students

Eligibility Requirements for Students Enrolled in K-8th Grade

Students enrolled in K-8th grades as of the 1st day of the semester must meet a variety of requirements before they can be admitted. Please refer to the steps below on how to get started with K-8 enrollment.

STEP 1: Obtain an LACCD ID number by submitting the LAVC Online Application. Most applications are processed within 48 hours of submission, but applications can take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Once the application is processed, students receive an email with their LACCD student ID number. Students must have an LACCD ID number prior to proceeding to step 2.

STEP 2: The following documents must be submitted to tovarlm@ctienviron.com on or before the semester application deadline:

  • Completed and signed Supplemental Application for Admission of Students in Grades K-12 (K-12 Form). School principal must sign as the High School Official.
  • Letter (on official school letterhead) from the school principal providing permission and stating the appropriateness of the requested class(es) for the student.
  • A Student Statement indicating the reason for wanting to enroll in a college course.
  • Transcripts or academic records from the student's school.
